When life becomes overwhelming, your mood becomes low or you feel anxious, it might be time for intervention. Perhaps counselling can help. I offer a warm, supportive environment for you to explore your feelings and emotions without fear of judgement.  As an integrative counsellor, I have been trained in different modalities and therefore therapy is tailored to meet your needs

 

Counselling can be short or long term and help with times of crisis, such as separation, bereavement or trauma.
